Finally some promising weather. We can look forward to a week of sunshine and warmth. It will be great weather to get outside, enjoy the fresh air and start walking!
Did you know that adults who walk below 5,000 steps per day are considered to lead a sedentary life. Set a daily goal and become active. An active adult walks 10,000 or more steps. Become active and get your kids active too!
Pick up your Active2010 Walking - The Activity of a Lifetime guide at your your nearest recreation centre or visit www.active2010.ca.
