Moms of Mississauga, is managed by Carmen Joseph a busy Mom of a 4 year old and 2 year old.

As an entreprenuer by heart, I've always had the desire to be my own boss. Becoming a Mom gave me two opportunities to work from home and be a stay at home Mom as well. I always wanted to develop something online in Mississauga and when I asked a friend if she considered a website for an online newsletter she had started, she mentioned that it was something that her and a friend were going to do.

As we worked on it for a short period together. The two other women realized that their hearts were not in the project and one and then the other decided not to continue. I decided that I still was going to work on this project, completed in 9 months and then launched an 81/2 x 11 inch newsletter and website for Moms in January of 2006.

The idea about a website for families in Mississauga was envisioned by 3 busy Moms who felt a need for a website that focused on events and activities happening in and around Mississauga.  As Mommies of babies and young children we know how busy life can be.  It's important to get out and experience what  is going on in the community as well as connect with other young families. With so many things to do in Mississauga, the problem is finding out about them. That's where Momsof Mississauga.com comes in. MomsofMississauga.com is Mississauga's one stop shop for family fun.
