Femme Fatale Weight Loss & Fitness Centre had their grand opening in January.  The Gym Staff were excited and eager to promote their new woman’s facility, services and specialized equipment. 

Femme Fatale is not an ordinary gym but a workout studio.  It’s a comfortable place where women can feel at ease while they work out.  From the moment you walk in you notice the interior, which is tastefully decorated and inviting.  The Staff are very friendly and are there to keep you motivated and help you attain your goals. 

Femme Fatale realizes that many women juggle a job, motherhood, taxi service, cooking, and cleaning leaving very little time for themselves. To accommodate their member’s needs they provide a system that allows you to get a good workout in 30 minutes. They use the PACE fitness system, which is a circuit designed to work every major muscle group during your workout.  In between stations cardio recovery stations are set up so that you get the benefit of a cardio workout as well.

The studio has a Power Plate machine that works by way of vibrations and pulses, providing your muscles with a workout in a matter of seconds.  The use of the Power Plate provides additional benefits such as tightening of skin, improves circulation, co-ordination and increases bone density.

They also offer the use of an Infrared Sauna, which relieves joint pain, burns calories, improves your skin, and eliminates toxins.  Infrared heat provides all the healthy benefits of natural sunlight without any of the dangerous effects of solar radiation.

Personal Training, Weight Loss & Nutritional Consultations, monthly weight measurements are all services offered at Femme Fatale in addition to the use of the exercise equipment.
