Come on out for Port Credits Busker Festival ! Friday Aug. 17th - Sat Aug 18th Don't miss over 20 professional buskers as they take the streets in Port Credit. You'll see everything from cartoonists & comedians to jugglers, mimes, human statues and more. Front Street, Elizabeth Street, Port Credit Village Square, Kidzone at Wenonah Ave

Summer Carnival fundraiser for the Specialty Care Mississauga Rd - Saturday August 18th - 10:00am - 2pm this event will be held in the parking lot at 4350 Mississauga Road. There will be a BBQ from 11-1:30. Many fun activities for the kids such a bouncy castle, carnival games (dunk tank, skeeball, ring toss, bushel toss, sidewalk art competition), pinata, clowns, bubble blowing competition, watermelon eating contest, fire truck, police car bake and book sale etc. Tickets for each event will be minimal. Come out and have some fun and help support the residents council and the charity for impoverished seniors in 3rd world countries (www.helptheaged.ca).
